The head of the person was in the Grove Subdivision and Hacienda del Sol, in the county seat of Garcia.

Monterrey, NL-The human remains were found of a man today in the municipality of Nuevo Leon Garcia.

The discovery was made in the Division Groves which faces a primary school and the other remains of the body at least one kilometer away at Hacienda del Sol.

Police received the report of the facts about 09:30 hours on Sunday.

They were first reported on the appearance of a human head in Nogales Street between Willow and Oak, in Groves, a sector located near the boulevard Heriberto Castillo Martinez.

The head was left in front of an elementary school within a plastic container in blue.

The site of the events came first the elements of the municipal police and later the State Investigation Agency (IEA), Nogales Street being closed.

The tip was reviewed by experts from the Attorney Generals Office, they also took another object or garment that was on the same body.

A few minutes after the discovery of the human head the body of the person was found, in the Division Hacienda del Sol, Hacienda Santa Clara Street between San Marcelo Treasury and Finance San Eugenio.

The body was wrapped in a blanket, and left a message on a piece of board, “Espader going for you, CDG” on the sidewalk of the street Hacienda Santa Clara.

The area was cordoned off by elements made of the municipal police, and later by the ministry that had taken knowledge of the head found in the other sector.

The clothing of the body was blue jeans, a shirt the same color and did not bring shoes and socks.

The authorities could not identify the dead person, but apparently it is a man between 30 to 35 years old; the police assumed that at the same time it was the head of the body.

He was later found abandoned in a taxi Garcia Road, near the settlement of Alkali Valley, where it is presumed they carried the body.

Once the Public Prosecutor made a statement the decapitated remains were transferred to the unit from the Medical Examiner to the University Hospital in Monterrey, for legal autopsy.

Some neighbors in the sector where the head and body was found said they did hear any strange noises. Another crime under investigation.
